Our Role

As a host, we assist the Sellers, the buyers and the third parties services providers in handling the return products requests. Because Printzones works with independent artists and uses a made-to-order model, returns are generally not accepted unless there’s a valid issue with the item. You may be eligible for a return or replacement if: The item arrives damaged or broken; You received the wrong product or the wrong variant (size, color, design, etc.); The product does not match the listing description, or the print has noticeable quality issues (blurry, off-center, missing elements, etc.).

We will, at our discretion, allow for the return or replacement of any product within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receiving your order. In some cases, we allow sellers to offer return policies that may allow for returns outside of the 30-day-period. Please be sure to refer to a seller’s return policy before purchasing for their full return policy.

By accessing or using Printzones Services, you agree to the terms and practices outlined in this policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not access or use any part of our Services.

Return handling process

  • Contact us at [email protected] and clarify the issue with the products.
  • The information must be included for the return request: order information to confirm the order; photos of the packaging label; photos of the items that clearly show the damaged/wrong/faulty part that is different from the description on the website; photos that clearly show the actual measurements of the items: width, length (If you receive the wrong size items); provide the information of the item that you want to be resent.
  • We shall assist to forward the same requests to the third parties to solve the case in the most effective way.

General terms

In cases where a dispute arises regarding between the Sellers and the third party manufacturers or/and the third party delivery services providers, we reserve the right to withhold action and recommend that the parties resolve their conflict through an appropriate administrative, legal, or judicial process.

We only keep the information records of each order, including tracking number, manufacturing and delivery status, etc., for 90 (ninety) days from the date of receiving your order. After this 90-day-period passed, we shall not be able to provide you with further information of the order records and you shall bear full responsibilities regarding such orders and waive all the obligations of us regarding the same orders. Return policies may vary slightly depending on the product type and the seller's policy. We always aim to make things right — so if you’re ever unsure, don’t hesitate to reach out.
